Balaton Estate Ltd (“BE”) is a forward-thinking real estate development company based in Rwanda. BE started its operation in March 2014 and is specialized in the development, construction and commercialization of real estate projects.
At BE, we strive to make an impact on the communities. We serve by creating successful projects that incorporate insightful planning, innovation and creativity aside long-term sustainable, green building and construction technologies.
The company vision is to become a national leader in real estate services and provide ecological, quality homes for people of all paygrades using local resources to the furthest extent possible. The current focus of BE is the development of apartment buildings and townhouses for sale.
Balaton Estate Ltd wants to bring high quality, affordable housing all over the African continent using Rwanda as the entry point providing local jobs, on all levels, including company management, thereby helping the Rwandan people and economy.
